TITLE: Career Readiness & Success Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Student Success: EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time: FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt: ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to the Dean of Student Success and Life Skills JOB PURPOSE: The Career Readiness & Success Coordinator supports the development of students’ career readiness and professional identity through individualized guidance, experiential learning opportunities, and career-focused programming. This position assists students in exploring career pathways, preparing for internships and early career opportunities, and building foundational professional skills aligned with Wagner College’s four distinct education programs/schools. The Coordinator serves as a visible and approachable resource for students while supporting broader student success initiatives.
