Description The E-Commerce Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through online channels, ultimately converting them into sales. This role combines digital marketing skills with a strong understanding of the automotive industry. Responsibilities: - Lead Generation : Utilize various online platforms and tools to attract and generate qualified leads. - Lead Qualification : Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory. - Customer Communication : Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport. - Sales Process : Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. - CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system. - Inventory Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle. - Online Marketing : Assist with managing the dealership's online presence, including website updates and social media campaigns. - Other duties as assigned.
