Overview: We are looking for a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) to support our employees from recruiting to development, and to strategically and operationally establish and expand our HR function. Your Responsibilities: Onboarding & Offboarding Design and conduct structured onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, feedback evaluations, and process improvements. Employee Development & Culture: Develop and implement training and development programs to foster sustainable growth among team members.
