This position will act as a link between the Dewatering Supervisor and the dewatering team, combining hands on technical work with team coordination, collaboration, communication and safety oversights. The Dewatering Leading Hand is responsible for assisting with the supervision and participation of dewatering teams, and the installation, operation and maintenance of dewatering equipment such as pumps, pipelines, wellpoints, treatment units, and other specialised dewatering equipment.
