Work Place Flexibility: Onsite Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC: JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Develops long range outage plans and budgets, executes planned outages and large capital projects, manages the Condition Based Outage process, Boiler Tube Failure Reduction process, Outage Planning Process, Risk Register and the 5-year budget plan and project management as needed and assigned. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee long range and detailed planning and execution of unit outages according to the outage stage gate process Manages cost, schedule and safety processes for outage scopes of work Interfaces with Plant Management personnel to communicate and drive to resolution of key issues impacting project / outage Coaches project managers as necessary to deliver expected financial, safety and schedule results on outage scopes, projects, Outage Process Planning Reviews, ECD/CBO and 5-year budget planning Overseas and manages LTSA contracts: Participate in plant monthly ROP meetings Understands, negotiates, and influences contract language for vendors / contractors to protect Entergy's best interest MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education required of the position: Bachelor’s degree in en...
