This role involves collaborating with internal teams, brokers, project managers, and clients to develop and implement design solutions. Project Designer will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet all requirements. Job Description Responsibilities: Formulate preliminary space plans that integrate the client’s needs. Develop preliminary plans and detailed design drawings using Revit. Confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all applicable code requirements. Coordinate with various teams to ensure final outcome of design meet functional requirements of design. Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Track high volume projects progress and identify potential issues or challenges.
