Description Shield is looking for a highly capable and delivery-driven Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stream enterprise implementations for global financial institutions. This is not a project coordination role - it is a senior delivery leadership position. A Shield Program Manager owns full program governance across customer, Shield, and external partners. They guide customers from pre-contract activities (including POCs) through go-live and transition to production, ensuring structured execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
