About the Role: We are looking for an experienced mental health social worker with skills in managing complex safeguarding’s, working in an MDT approach focussing on the recovery and strength-based model. Your role will be to complete Care Act 2014 assessments focussing on reablement, recovery and strength-based approach. The role is vital in helping deliver high-quality, person-centred input to enable people with mental health needs receive the support they need to live independently, safely and with dignity.
