The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience calling on companies generating $10MM - $50MM in revenue and has established relationships with customers, COIs, and key stakeholders in these geographies. The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall growth in market share within the area of their responsibility, leveraging their existing network of clients and drive direct new client acquisition. In addition, the ideal Regional Manager will actively recruit, develop, and coach the team around managing critical middle market relationships with the primary focus of gaining market share and driving top decile overall client satisfaction.
