Fabrication Operator | 2nd Shift

Job description

Description Scope: A Fabrication Operator will perform all the duties related to fabricating Printed Circuit Boards into distinct parts/arrays from a production panel, including the start- up, set up, operation, preventive maintenance and produce a quality product. Essential Job Function: Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. - Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously to fabricate low tolerance patterns (rout, milling, bevel) - Independently perform complex and standard machine set ups - Load Fabrication programs - Align production panels to tooling pins on Fabrication machine - Visually and mechanically inspect panels - Make required adjustments - Operate chamfer, V-scoring machine and beveling machines - Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace - Wear all mandatory PPE Requirements: Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - One year experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must - Able to work overtime, weekends as needed Preferred Additional Skills: - Computerized numerical control experience helpful - Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary t...
