Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose: As a Business Services Representative in our welcoming Neurology outpatient office , you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see and the voice that makes them feel cared for from the very first phone call. In this vital role, you’ll help keep our practice running smoothly by greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing important front desk operations like patient registration, insurance verification, and collecting copays. You’ll also support our clinical team with tasks like pre-certifications, prior authorizations, referrals, chart preparation, and handling incoming and outgoing faxes.
