Job description

- The Manager People and Culture is a member of Starick’s senior management team. The position is responsible for strategic human resource (HR) management and development, workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance, and workplace relations activities that contribute to a positive staff culture and the long term effectiveness, stability and growth of Starick. - The position oversees the delivery of people and culture services for Starick by: - • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of Starick - • Providing strategic guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, staff development, performance management, and WHS - • Overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities Starick serves - • Collaborating with managers to identify organisational gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement and wellbeing - • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights and recommendations to minimise WHS risk and promote co...
