Academic Req: Required – High school diploma, or equivalent; Preferred – Some college or technical Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – Five (5) or more years providing building and equipment maintenance services in a facility with multiple structures/systems and vehicles and two (2) years of supervising others providing maintenance services. Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1.Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2.Oversee and remediate deficiencies associated with federal and state standards and requirements. 3.Conduct regular active and archival video monitoring of the site. 4.Participate in service expansion planning, budget preparations, and short- and long-term planning. 5.Evaluate the use of resources to ensure that expenses for materials and services are managed effectivelyand quality services are provided. 6.Plan and participate in scheduled meetings, team decisions, and operations....
