Associate Instructor - PT - Small Group Employment

Hours: Part Time, Monday through Friday (3-4 days per week). Between 8am-6pm Overview As a Small Group Employment Work Associate Instructor, you’ll play a key role in preparing individuals for meaningful, community integrated employment. In this position, you will provide pre employment training, support individuals in developing work habits and vocational skills, and ensure a safe, engaging, and growth focused environment. This non exempt role reports to the Small Group Employment Work Services Instructor and requires adaptability across diverse work training settings, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to our agency mission, values, and code of conduct.
