Senior UX Program Manager, Ads UI

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations. - Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in AI-powered products or system design environments. - Experience collaborating with engineers and product management stakeholders to understand user issues faced by different user groups. - Experience partnering with UX researchers to inform research studies and amplify insights. - Experience working with project management tools and partnering on cross-functional projects or teams in fast paced environments. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to execute independently with senior stakeholders.
