Verification & Control Inspector I - Bay City, TX LOCATION: Bay City - Texas - USA Purpose: The Verification and Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring the performance of key manufacturing processes, including Hot Rolling, Heat Treatment, NDT inspection, and threading, to ensure compliance with quality standards. This role involves analyzing and validating daily, weekly, and monthly data to identify trends, deviations, or potential risks that could affect process or product performance. The role performs physical verifications of materials and processes, collaborates with Operations to define and implement corrective or preventive actions, supports FMEA and other quality improvement initiatives, and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
