JOB SUMMARY: The Dispatch Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of the distribution of equipment and personnel to meet project needs and maintain availability levels. This role the primary support position for the Operations Manager for all duties related to personnel management and assignments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner. - Responsible for direct supervision of Drivers or Technicians, including staffing, development of employees through training, corrective actions, planning work, performance improvement plans, feedback, performance review, OSHA, DOT and company policy enforcement and termination decisions. - Dispatches personnel and equipment to meet the project needs. - Provides guidance and solutions to Field Supervisors, Technicians and/or Drivers on a variety of project related questions or problems. - Works in tandem with the Operations Manager to ensure customer satisfaction on field projects. - Coordinate and manage the distribution of equipment & personnel to meet project needs and maintain availability levels. - Establishes priori...
