Location: Remote Position Pay Range: $117,644.80 - $258,793.60 Note: This role supports leaders and operations across our Western Region. To ensure alignment with business hours and real-time collaboration, candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone, with frequent regional travel. Position Summary: The Vice President, Practice Operations provides senior-level leadership and operational oversight for oncology practice operations across a multi-site, multi-disciplinary care delivery platform. This role is responsible for translating organizational strategy into scalable, high-performing practice operations while ensuring exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and clinical partnership alignment. Reporting to the President, Network Operations, serves as a key operational partner to physicians, clinical leaders, and corporate shared services. The role is accountable for operational performance, practice optimization, and continuous improvement across medical oncology, hematology, infusion services, and ancillary oncology services.
