Job Title: Production Manager Overview: Tarte Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations across our supplier network. This role is responsible for managing a team of Production Coordinators while ensuring the timely execution of product replenishment, and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Production Manager will serve as a key operational leader, owning supplier performance, production planning execution, inventory controls, and risk management. This individual must be a strong people manager who can coach, develop, and hold their team accountable while driving operational excellence across production and inventory workflows.
