Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Specialist I is responsible for the recruitment and selection of top talent in order to meet Jackson's hiring needs. Responsibilities include providing high-level client service to key stakeholders in an effort to identify, attract and evaluate both active and passive candidates for entry and mid-level positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a key partner to the business; effectively consulting with clients to understand hiring needs, present qualified candidates, and provide hiring recommendations and solutions.
