Here’s what you’ll do: Master the menu, including beers, spirits, wines, and bar snacks. Craft and serve drinks with flair, meeting our high standards. Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately. Follow opening and closing checklists, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
