The Bike Fleet Technician is a key member of Woodward Park City’s Rental team, reporting to the Guest Experience Manager. This role focuses on repairing, tuning, and maintaining our mountain bike fleet to ensure the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical understanding of mountain bikes, including suspension systems, drivetrain components, brake systems, and general bike setup. Fleet Techs will also assist with bike fitting, helmet sizing, and provide expert guidance to guests on equipment selection. While primarily focused on technical service, this position also supports front-line guest interaction.
