This position supports recruiting, hiring, and workforce management of our manufacturing engineering population across Boeing Commercial Airplane programs. About the Team: The Production Engineering Hiring Team is a small, fast-moving group responsible for sourcing and hiring engineers, interns, and technicians across Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment & Tooling Engineering, and Numerical Control (NC) Programming. We partner closely with Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and university partners to build a strong, diverse pipeline of early-career and experienced technical talent. Role Summary: We are seeking an energetic, highly organized Staff Analyst to support our hiring operations. This person will project-manage hiring activities, engage with universities and candidates, coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers, schedule interviews, and create dashboards and metrics to track hiring performance.
