Your mission: As a Senior Senior technician you are the subject matter expert for plant availability - resolving complex technical issues that exceed standard maintenance scope and serve as a mentor for the technical team Responsibilities: - Expert Troubleshooting : Diagnosis and repair of complex malfunctions in automated systems (PLC, Robotics, Mechanics). - Preventive Maintenance : Optimizing maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime. - Continuous Improvement : Implementing technical modifications to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). - Mentoring : Providing technical guidance and on-the-job coaching fo...
