Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Medical Assistant (MA) - Primary Care Family Medicine Position Highlights: - Position: Medical Assistant - Location: Round Lake Beach , IL - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time - Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm with rotating Saturdays 7:30am-12:00pm - Required Travel: No What you will do: - Greet patients and escort them to exam room - Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit - Provide front office support as needed - Perform basic vitals like BP, height and weight - Phlebotomy and injections may be required What you will need: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required - Certification: CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required. - Experience: One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred.
