Proposition Lead

Job description

The Proposition Lead supports the design, development, and delivery of customer propositions across the New Build and Energy as a Service sectors. This can involve B2B, B2C, or mixed B2B2C propositions. This is a flexible role; work allocation is based on organizational priorities, as well as the individual's experience and skills . The role works closely with proposition managers and senior leadership to ensure new and existing propositions are designed around customer needs, are commercially viable, and are delivered effectively to market. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing Contribute to the development and delivery of propositions, from concept through to launch and in-life optimisation. Support proposition managers with business case development, market research, and competitor analysis. Draft proposition requirements and work with operations, digital, technology, and delivery partners to bring solutions to market. Monitor performance of live propositions (adoption, usage, margin, CX, NPS) and recommend improvements.
