Your mission: Execute simulations, power system studies, and support field testing with internal and external stakeholders within joint-Innovation projects - Analyze trends in the development of new power systems to shape the vision for relevant technologies, platforms, and industry directions. Establish and guide long-term technical development strategies for the product portfolio. - Integrate insights from emerging technologies like BESS, FACTS, and customer pain points to create cutting-edge and market-leading new power system solutions. - Perform Joint-Innovation activities with internal and external partners - Active and influential participation in academic or industrial standardization organizations, holding key technical leadership roles and contributing to industry advancement. Core Competency Requirements: Solid experience in bringing critical technologies and projects to fruition.
