As of March 10, 2026, we are exclusively hiring for the Lifeguard Department . While we appreciate all interest in joining our team, we are currently only interviewing candidates who are available and eager to take on a lifeguard role. Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides, including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo and an entire water park. During a typical week as a Hersheypark Leadership Development Intern, you work as a Hersheypark Team Member, live alongside fellow interns, and develop your skills in weekly professional development sessions. This is a paid internship. Department pay rates range from $12-15 per hour.
