The Role We’re expanding our team and seeking two reliable, motivated Duty Shift Supervisors to join us. These positions offer consistent weekly hours, with shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday from 1:45pm to 9:45pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday morning shifts from 6:15am to 2:15pm. The Duty Shift Supervisor plays a vital role in the effective day-to-day operations of Infinite Care homes, with a key focus on the direct supervision of operational excellence. Working collaboratively with all Heads of Department, this role ensures operational excellence across each shift. As a member of the leadership team, the Duty Shift Supervisor leads the daily functions of the care home in alignment with the expectations set by the General Manager. The ideal candidate comes from an operations background with a high level of customer service focus. While aged care experience is not essential, we are seeking a background in operational management or team leadership from any industry.
