Works in collaboration with department physician. Must have the ability to care for pediatric patients. Summary: The Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner provides advanced nursing care to critically injured patients in the emergency, operative, and intensive care settings. The PA/NP works collaboratively with trauma surgeons, emergency physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, stabilize, and manage acute trauma cases and support recovery.
