ICF is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Capture Director to support our Digital Modernization Group . As a driver of group growth , this highly visible role will work closely with ICF’s most senior leaders to develop strategy and drive business growth for the group’s largest and most strategic opportunities. This role is centered on understanding market trends, technical direction, and customer priorities, then translating that intelligence into compelling capture strategies and winning proposals. The ideal candidate will leverage ICF’s deep mission understanding and expertise in d igital m odernization s ervices to drive successful outcomes. The Senior Capture Director must have a proven track record of full lifecycle capture success within federal agencies, including multiple strategic wins where they have developed and executed high-impact capture strategies. This position is based in the Washington, DC area and follows a hybrid work model, targeting a minimum of two days per week in ICF’s HQ Reston, VA office.
