Job Title Department Lead Job Overview: The Department Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Department Operations including allocation of tasks. Other responsibilities will include: - Recording and reporting of inbound/outbound deliveries. - Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner. - Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Provides administrative support for the Department Managers. - Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems. - Support Picking, Loading and other operations as needed. - Under direct supervision of the DC Department Managers. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for unreviewed decision-making. - All other duties as assigned.
