We are Too Good To Go, a certified B Corp with a clear mission: to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste. Globally, we’ve already saved over 500 million meals - equivalent to avoiding over 1 million tons of CO2e! As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales based in our Berlin office to lead, scale, and professionalise our high-velocity (tele) sales engine. We need a leader who breathes efficiency and understands that social impact is fueled by a high-performing, profitable sales machine. Your mission: We are looking for a data-driven, high-energy leader to manage a team of around 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives (Reps). Your mission is to build a world-class performance culture. You aren't just managing people; you are optimising a system. You understand the levers of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) and know how to drive your team to achieve maximum output with surgical efficiency.
