Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Executive Director of the Golden Triangle YMCA Family Center is a dynamic leader responsible for the center's overall operations, programs, and staff. This role calls for a persuasive, results-driven, and innovative leader who thrives on building relationships and inspiring others. The Executive Director oversees key areas, including Board Management, Membership, Wellness, Aquatics, Sports, Family and Youth Programs, Facility Management, and Community Engagement. The Golden Triangle YMCA is a growing Family Center located in the heart of Lake County, Florida, operating within the beautiful Golden Triangle Regional Park – East Campus. Through a unique partnership with the City of Tavares and Lake County Government, this YMCA serves as a vibrant hub where community, wellness, and connection come together.
