Join LEGO as a Senior Manager, Energy and Sustainability Specialist where you will lead innovative energy solutions, improve sustainability practices, and work with diverse teams to develop a carbon-neutral manufacturing site. Core Responsibilities: Lead technical implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including renewables Monitor, analyze, and optimize energy consumption, carbon emissions, and sustainability benchmarks Ensure adherence to environmental laws and LEGO sustainability governance. Plan, organize, and schedule design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of facilities and equipment Collaborate with partners across the Workplace Solutions & Operations (WS&O) team Support and maintain ISO-aligned systems (ISO 50001 / ISO 14001) Prepare cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations Evaluate completed work for conformance to specifications.
