Transaction Project Manager

Job description

The individual will support the planning, governance, and execution of cross functional integration or divestment activities, enabling Day 1 readiness, synergy realization, value capture, and successful delivery of transaction outcomes. They will work closely with senior leadership across Corporate Development, Business Groups, and enabling functions through structured IMO/DMO processes. This role is ideal for an emerging professional who wants to accelerate their development in complex corporate transactions .
