Title : Accounting Intern Location : Lawrence, MA (Boston Area) Reports To : Accounting Manager Are You Ready to Make an Immediate Impact? The Accounting Intern will be primarily responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis at Little Sprouts and all subsidiaries. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. - Review incoming invoices for accuracy. - Code/Route invoices through our Stampli approval system. - Ensure invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner. - Resolve AP invoicing and statement discrepancies received from organization vendors. - Assist individual assigned schools with processing monthly/weekly billings. - Prepare accounts receivable reconciliations and supporting documentation related to areas of responsibility - Resolve any AR billing discrepancies between the customers and schools. - Perform data entry and analysis in MS Excel. - Other duties and projects as...
