Infusion Nurse II with a Cardiopulmonary focus Make a meaningful impact—one patient at a time. As an Infusion Nurse II, you will bring advanced nursing expertise directly to patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and other rare and chronic diseases. This role offers autonomy, purpose, and the chance to build deep patient relationships while delivering life‑sustaining specialty therapies in the home and clinical settings. What You’ll Do: Provide advanced infusion therapy in home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings for cardiopulmonary conditions like PAH, and other rare and chronic diseases. Educate patients and caregivers to confidently manage therapy and recognize potential side effects. Coordinate closely with PAH specialty centers, prescribers, and care teams to ensure seamless treatment. Serve as a trusted clinical resource for providers and patients throughout the therapy journey. Build long‑term patient relationships through compassionate, expert care and clear communication.
