RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for providing direct support to strategic initiatives that span multiple departments and add value to the organization. This role involves overseeing the complete project management lifecycle for various projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that project objectives align with the organization’s goals. Up to 10% travel required. What You'll Do: Supports the entire project management lifecycle of multiple moderately complex projects from initiation through completion. Coordinates and communicates project plans and articulates roles, project goals, and timelines, while incorporating project lifecycle models. Carries out project support functions as needed. Creates, tracks, and adjusts project budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters. Serves as a mentor to Associate Project Managers and provides guidance in the project management lifecycle and functions.
