Job DetailsJob Location: LSB-Headquarters - Chicago, IL 60654Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: DayLakeshore Beverage is seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Manager to design, facilitate, and administer training programs that support regulatory compliance, operational standards, and employee development across the organization. This role also serves as an internal resource for state and federal alcohol compliance requirements, ensuring company practices align with all applicable laws and industry regulations Responsibilities: Training & Development Facilitate in-person, virtual, and LMS-based training sessions focused on regulatory compliance, sales skills, and operational standards. Administer BrewU (Absorb LMS), including user management, course assignments, and enrollments. Develop internally facing virtual learning modules using Absorb Create and other learning tools. Partner with departments and sub-teams to create training materials, job aids, and support documentation.
