Job Description PROCESSING OPERATORS – Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) Work just 15 days a Month with a Rotating Schedule!!! (Bi-weekly Schedule: work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday, Saturday & Sunday, off Monday & Tuesday, work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday Saturday & Sunday then the schedule starts over) Operate stretch blow molding machines and lift equipment, inspect and pack rigid-plastic PET containers, and perform scheduled charting and inspections on machines and associated equipment. · Start and stop stretch blow-molding machines to produce quality, rigid-plastic containers. · Perform routine inspections, cleaning & lubricating and/or tightening of machine assembles. · Perform container inspections using test equipment, statistical quality methods & visual inspection techniques. · Pack containers into boxes/cartons at designated production-line speeds according to specifications & stack packed cartons to build 4 ft. high units. · Safely operate lift trucks to move materials. · Perform as a responsible team member to maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment. · Operate stretch blow molding machines, pull seepage, apply SPC methodologies fo...
