Job description

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. Role Overview: Manage closing processes for complex multi-family mortgage transactions, including fundings, renewals, assumptions, takeout conversions, and construction advances. Ensure data integrity, funding accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Service as a key liaison to solicitors, insurance consultants, and other third-party service providers, resolving discrepancies and facilitating seamless transactions. Contribute to continuous process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
