About the role 10x Genomics makes products that enable researchers to answer biology’s hardest and most elusive questions. Commercial systems are the engine of our revenue generation, and we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of our sales technology stack. This role is built for a strategic, systems-thinking product leader who brings top-tier B2B enterprise SaaS rigor to our commercial infrastructure. You will be tasked with designing elegant, scalable systems that support both B2B enterprise and emerging, frictionless, B2C purchasing paths. Your core focus is on the backend architecture and Salesforce ecosystem, as well as ensuring that our internal tools are built with the end-user in mind. You will advocate for the daily experience of our internal teams, shape the systems, and take part in web projects that intersect with our commercial data flow.
