Program Controls Manager (Reporting)

About the Position We’re seeking a Program Controls Manager (Reporting) to support large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), and aviation projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. This role is responsible for leading program-level reporting strategy, managing enterprise and program reporting functions, and ensuring reporting outputs support timely, informed decision-making across executive leadership and stakeholder groups. The position also supports project-level reporting activities as needed and serves as a liaison with financial and functional teams to support reporting alignment across the broader program. This is a long-term, full-time, on-site (4-5 days per week in office) located in Sacramento, CA.
