Care Specialist – Puerto Rico The Care Specialist will be responsible to assist in the development of patient product support programs that will focus on treatment on-boarding and product related education, including supporting adherence to the treatment plan as prescribed. All materials used for this program for any purpose will be approved through the divisional review and approval process (STAR). Job Responsibilities: - Assistance in the development of STAR-reviewed education plans covering a variety of topics, including: on boarding, product administration, adherence and compliance education to improve the patient-doctor dialogue for patients prescribed PRODUCT - Product related training and patient disease education to patients prescribed PRODUCT - Provide education to support improved health literacy and dialogue between patients prescribed PRODUCT and their respective health care providers - Never provide medical advice, instead referring patients to contact their healthcare provider - Do not interfere with treatment decisions made between the patient and healthcare provider - Education to support prescribed therapy – supplemental injection and administration training, disea...
