Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Retail Group Job Description: The Manager, Full-Service Restaurants (FSR) is a strategic business leader responsible for defining, developing, and executing the company’s end‑to‑end FSR strategy, representing more than $110 million in annual sales . This role oversees the vision, performance, and profitability of all proprietary, branded, and leased FSR concepts while driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and a differentiated guest experience across the network. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Program Development: - Develop and own a comprehensive short‑ and long‑term FSR strategy that positions TA as the leading travel‑center operator in full‑service dining. - Create scalable, profitable food programs—including menu design, product development, category management, supply chain optimization, equipment standards, and operating procedures. - Conduct regular program assessments to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. - Build and present business cases, financial models, and program recommendations to senior leadership.
