Job description

The Compliance Manager oversees all compliance requirements for the Furnish & Install (F&I) retail programs, ensuring adherence to local, state, and national regulations for licensing, insurance, EPA requirements, installer onboarding, background checks, and overall operational compliance. Licensing, Certification & Regulatory Compliance: - Maintain required local, state, and national licenses. - Manage EPA compliance including renewals and certifications. - Oversee contractor license renewals and dispute unnecessary requirements. - Maintain documentation in retail partner portals. - Support installers with licensing and certification processes. - Monitor background check and badge compliance. New Installer Onboarding & Setup: - Outreach to prospective installers. - Validate service coverage. - Distribute onboarding package. - Support documentation completion. - Submit installer details to Supplier Maintenance and CFS. - Update EBS and upload technician details.
