Description This position is a full-time, permanent onsite clinical position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance Columbia. Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients including subjective information, objective information, assessment, prognosis, and goals. - Develop and implement treatment plans, educational programs for patients, and supervise technicians to provide quality patient care by improving mobility & strength, and decreasing future injury for return to functional activities - Maintain and provide all documentation for the therapy treatment, utilizing TOA’s EHR/EMR systems. - Communicates effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families. - Discharge patients as appropriate - Utilizes EMR/EHR systems. - Demonstrates positive engagement in providing the best customer service to patients and staff. - Adheres to Federal and State regulatory laws and rules. - Seeks appropriate input as needed. Requirements: - Current (or pending) licensure in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy in the State of Tennessee is required. - Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) - Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - CPR Certification - Enjoys being part of a tea...
