Job Description: Nurse Associate East London, E14 5NY Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours) Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday work Salary from £32,920 We make health happen As a Nursing Associate within Bupa’s Diagnostics & Secondary Care services, you’ll provide holistic, person‑centred care to patients across a modern outpatient and procedural environment. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting Registered Nurses and contributing directly to safe, effective and compassionate care delivery. How you’ll help us make health happen - Deliver compassionate, safe and effective care across a range of clinical settings. - Maintain patient privacy, dignity and safety at all times. - Monitor patients’ health needs, escalating changes and contributing to care planning and reassessment. - Complete clinical risk assessments using recognised tools. - Administer medications via oral, topical, inhalation, injection and suppository routes in line with scope of practice. - Support and oversee the care delivered by HCAs, Trainee Nursing Associates and Nursing Students. - Communicate clearly and sensitively with patients, families and colleagues, ensuring accurate verbal, digital and w...
