Merakey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its high-volume hiring workflow by hiring hourly positions in an expedited manner. This position will have strong knowledge and expertise in the successful candidates background needed to fit the position. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage ATS tools and assessments to narrow down the “top of the funnel” to quickly identify top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be successful by having outstanding candidate care and working with a strong sense of urgency. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist in the high-volume hiring process by sourcing, pre-screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews - Manage and work through large funnels of high-volume applicants and ensure data integrity in the ATS - Proactive sourcing building active pipelines of candidates for open positions by sourcing from a variety of tools. including our ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and various other outlets. - Manage personal recruitment assignments against enterprise recruiting performance goals - Providing an excellent candidate experience from start to fini...
